Hard Candy Cases warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Hard Candy Cases within the Warranty Period we will either (1) exchange the product with for a (for direct orders only) new product, or (2) refund the purchase price of the product. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Hard Candy Cases prior to the refund being issued.
If you bought the product from another site or store within the last 365 days AND the product is broken or defective we will offer a replacement. You will be required to pay for return shipping.
