RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY Return Policy If you purchased a product directly from the Hard Candy Cases website we offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. Non-defective refund requests must be made directly through Hard Candy Cases within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and must include proof of purchase. Hard Candy Cases will not provide a refund for a non-defective product that is received by Hard Candy Cases more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Hard Candy Cases also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. This non-defective product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Hard Candy Cases' direct website. For refunds for defective products please refer to the terms and conditions of the limited warranty below. You must include a copy of the original sales receipt for the returned product. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. Hard Candy Cases is not liable for products that are damaged in transit, sent improperly, lost due to postal error or do not reach us. Refunds will be issued at our discretion; items that have been worn, misused, broken, or damaged due to improper installation will not be refunded. Customers outside the USA are responsible for paying customs fees, including but not limited to taxes, duties, VATs, tariffs, and brokerage fees. Following Hard Candy Cases' receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), Hard Candy Cases will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card or Pay Pal account you used to make the original purchase. Once we receive your return we will process your refund and email you a credit confirmation. Upon receipt of the credit confirmation email, please allow an additional 7-10 days before the funds are posted back to the credit card of Pay Pal account used for the purchase. Please Note: Hard Candy Cases does not control when a specific credit card provider processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your provider if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. If you bought the product from another site or store within the last 365 days AND the product is broken or defective we will offer a replacement. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Hard Candy Cases One (1) Year Limited Warranty Hard Candy Cases warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Hard Candy Cases within the Warranty Period we will either (1) exchange the product with for a (for direct orders only) new product, or (2) refund the purchase price of the product. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Hard Candy Cases prior to the refund being issued.
