Buying from HardCandyCases.com is a hassle-free endeavor. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, no questions asked. Simply fill our Returns Form, for orders placed directly through www.hardcandycases.com.
If you purchased a product directly from the Hard Candy Cases website we offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. Non-defective refund requests must be made directly through Hard Candy Cases within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and must include proof of purchase. Just include your packing slip along with your item(s) in a prepaid shipping box. It's that easy!
All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All returns must be shipped to Hard Candy Cases prepaid (we cannot reimburse for shipping costs). All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by filling out our Returns Form.
Following Hard Candy Cases' receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), Hard Candy Cases will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card or Pay Pal account you used to make the original purchase. Once we receive your return we will process your refund and email you a credit confirmation. Upon receipt of the credit confirmation email, please allow an additional 7-10 days before the funds are posted back to the credit card of Pay Pal account used for the purchase.
Warranty: If you bought the product from another site or store within the last 365 days AND the product is broken or defective we will offer a replacement. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Please fill out the Returns Form and indicate where you purchased.
