| Mark Albert has been a transactional attorney for more than 19 years with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and initial public offerings. He is currently a partner in Private Equities and Emerging Companies Practice at Perkins Coie, where he has helped clients successfully complete more than 100 acquisition/sale transactions ranging in size from over $1 million to over $1 billion. Mark has also represented more than 150 emerging growth companies, assisting them raise in excess of $1 billion in capital, and in which a number of those companies successfully complete initial public offerings. | Benjamin Ling currently leads the monetization efforts of YouTube at Google. Previously, Benjamin worked at Facebook, where he oversaw product marketing, developer operations and partner solutions for the Facebook Platform. He has also served as the Product Management Director of Checkout, where he founded and led Google Checkout and oversaw Google Product Search. |

| Eckhart Walther is currently SVP Marketplace at LiveOps, an innovative call center outsourcer. Prior to LiveOps, Eckart was the vice president of product management for Yahoo! Search, where he was responsible for setting overall strategy and prioritization for all Yahoo! Search products including Yahoo! Answers and Del.icio.us. Eckart also served as a key member of the Tellme and Netscape teams, and started his career with GE Corporate Research specializing in Artificial Intelligence, and worked on one of the first mult-processor versions of the UNIX operating system. |
