Hard Shell iPad Case5Lilian CandidoNovember 26, 2010a very good product, but the price is a little bit high.
Hard Shell iPad Case3Adam PaulauskiSeptember 8, 2010Pre-order process ended up being a bit frustrating. Poor communication on customer services part while the product was continually delayed. Like another reviewer mentioned the little peg on the flip out feet are very brittle and fragile. One broke immediately and now that leg will not completely lock into the case. It may have been broken to begin with to be honest as the leg never set right in the case to begin with. I would have and may still email customer service about the problem as communication as been fairly poor. Not really sure it's worth the trouble.
Hard Shell iPad Case3CoreyAugust 27, 2010Fits well, does just what is described. Lightweight and relatively sturdy. The feet work great; the little tiny plastic tab that "locks" them in place is flimsy (one is broken, so the foot swings a little more loosely than I'd prefer). Build quality is good, but there are some edges which appear unevenly trimmed. Overall, highly functional, attractive. Not sure $60 is completely justified, but i don't at all regret the purchase.
Hard Shell iPad Case4BobAugust 23, 2010I am very happy with the case. Good looking, easy to use and good protection for the screen. I like the two piece design, however sometimes the top hits the power button when I have it open and the top snapped to the back. Not a huge problem, just inconenient.
Hard Shell iPad Case4anitaAugust 9, 2010I pre-ordered mine several months ago and was NOT disappointed when it finally arrived. Though the color of the purple is less bold and more muted in actuality but the design is stream-lined and clean looking. The material of the shell cleans easily with a damp soapy cloth. The two-part shell provides decent protection (partially against scratches and light bumping) during transport and protects the power button from accidentally compressed. The tilt of the stand legs is perfect for use of the keyboard though I hope in the future they can develop a built in option for standing at a 90 degree angle. In the meantime I'll just keep using my TwelveSouth Compass. The other adjustment I'd like to see is a little wider opening where the volume and position lock buttons are since I'm finding it a little awkward to access the lock button. Overall, after ordering various cases from other companies, this one by Hard Candy has ccome out on top as my favorite.
Hard Shell iPad Case4kay sommersAugust 4, 2010The case is great looking and fits perfectly. The problem is with the flip out feet. They are fragile, and one of them broke off almost immediately. I've emailed the company about the problem but have not had a response as yet.
